Assistant Program Director

1. Program development, management and necessary implementation
2. Supervise Counselors and Activity Leaders
3. Assume Program Director position if necessary, in the absence of the Director
4. Conduct program and diabetes education activities daily
5. Other duties as assigned by Camp Director, Program Director or Executive Board

• Preferably a minimum of 21 years of age
• Experience in children's camps or groups
• Strong ability for critical thinking under stress
• Flexibility
• Strong organizational skills
